Christopher was nominated by Stephanie Carr from Kamloops. Stephanie wrote:
From the moment we stepped into this fabulous hotel, Christopher showcased professionalism, wittiness and one to one attention. We had a conference of over 200 nurses and physicians and we were astonished that he knew many members names and addressed them with enthusiasm and grace. Christopher created a “sense of community”. Christopher allowed our nurses team to feel special and “one of a kind”. Congrats to Christopher and the team and the Fairmont Empress. In a postscript Stephanie added: Hopefully Chris didn’t get a hernia from all our bags!
Christopher was nominated on another occasion by Susan Holt who wrote:
Christopher always had a genuine smile and was so welcoming. Every time I came in the front door for my 4-day stay, it was like coming home! He helped my family out numerous times. We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday and needed help with vehicles and advice and Christopher seemed to really want to be of assistance!
