“Our family would like to extend our gratitude to all your staff for the excellent care we received during our stay. Our dad was taken by ambulance to the hospital and we had to extend our stay. During this difficult time your staff were so caring and considerate, and in particular, Faysal was a huge comfort to my parents and even held my dad’s hand while waiting for the ambulance. My sister and our husbands were not there at the time so it was like he was a family member in our stead. Faysal even brought dessert to our room one night after returning from the hospital. We truly felt at home. My husband and I have been a big fan of the Magnolia since your opening and now even more so. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.”
Magnolia GM Bill Lewis added that following the event, Faysal approached him twice to request permission to follow up directly with the guest.
