Jason’s nomination came to us from Operations Manager and colleague, Kevin Neilson; “Jason at the front desk helped us more than he had to do. After his work hour he went to buy a cake for our birthday dinner when the restaurant was unable to make one for us. Jason is the best!”

“On July 20, 2019, my husband and I, along with my aunt and her friend, arrived at Chateau Victoria after a long day of travelling. Once there, we discovered that I had made reservations for the incorrect days.”
Tired and hungry, Jason at the front desk rose to the challenge! He immediately set about to find a solution, not easy as Northwest Deuce Days was in town. Jason contacted multiple hotels and finally was able to book a room at the Marriott. He gave the visitors a contact name and directions.
But there is more to his exemplary service. He treated the party like they were the only customers he had – a true sign of superb service.
